William " Bill ' Mollohan
William "Bill" Mollohan, 60, of Belpre, Ohio, died Monday, September, 3, 2007, at his residence surround by his family and friends, from a short battle with lung cancer.
He was born February 13, 1947, in Kimberly, WV, son of the late Jennings and Madis Hamerick Mollohan.
Bill was a retired school teacher from Belpre City Schools, where he taught for 28 years. He coached the Belpre 7th and 8th grade wrestling team for 28 years and was also involved with the high school wrestling team. He was a member of the Belpre Masonic lodge # 609 F. & A.M., and a member of the South Bethel United Methodist Church. Bill lived everyday to the fullest. He loved fishing, riding his Harley and spending time with his grandchildren. Bill was a little man, with a big heart and always put his family and friends first.
He is survived by his two daughters, Regina and Anthony Cochran of Vincent, Ohio, Jennifer Mollohan and her husband to be, Scott Covey of Belpre; a sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Paul Daggett of Fairfield, Ohio; two brothers, Pete and Teresa Mollohan of Coolville and David and Jennie Mollohan of Palmetta, FL; his number one grandson, Brant Richards of Belpre and his number one grandaughter, Lilly Cochran of Vincent; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Wayne Needs of Belpre, Barb "Susie" Smith of Vienna, John Baker of Little Hocking and too many others to mention.
Per Bills request there will be a graveside service at Coolville Cemetery on Saturday September 8, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of his life at the Coolville Lions Club.
Bill's request in lieu of flowers donations may be made to secure his grandchildrens futures. An acccount has been set up in their names, Brant and Lilly, at Peoples Bank.
