William A. "Bill" Watson
William A. "Bill" Watson, 77, of Reedsville, OH passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008 at Arcadia Nursing Center, Coolville, OH after an extended illness.
He was born July 12, 1930 in Meigs County, OH son of the late Arthur and Effie Mae Wakley Watson. He was a member of South Bethel Church and Meigs County Senior Citizens. He also loved to hunt.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Nancy L. Watson; a son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Kay Watson; 2 sons, David and Byron Watson; 2 step-daughters, Joyce Bob Farr and Nancy Jack Helmick; 3 step-sons, Terry Mia Deem, Ronnie Dottie Deem and Craig Ruth Foley; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Wilma Lester Seaman; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Harold, Carl, Everett and Orville; 2 sisters, Dorothy and Garnet; and a granddaughter, Erin Foley.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Roger Watson officiating. Burial will be in the Tuppers Plains Christian Cemetery, Tuppers Plains, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, from 6-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
