William Welsh
William Herbert Welsh, 54, of Reedsville, OH passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.
He was born Jan. 28, 1954 in Athens, OH son of the late Duane and Myrtle Smith Welsh.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Karolyn Soulsby Welsh; a daughter, Billie Jo Welsh; 2 brothers, Dennis and Phyllis Welsh and Tim and Mica Welsh; a sister, Linda and Jim Noble; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Ellis; 2 brothers, Duane Welsh and Donald Welsh;
Services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Edsel Hart officiating. Burial will be in the Coolville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, from 6-8 P.M.
