Bill was born on March 21, 1941 to William and Inez (Zink) Pooler. During his employment at the plant, he also owned and operated his logging business, Pooler Tree Farming as well as other business adventures. He spent many happy hours behind the wheel of his semi trucks and always took great pleasure in seeing the fruits of his hard labor.
