William (Bill) F. Fought
William (Bill) F. Fought, 84, of Belpre, OH passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014 at his residence.
He was born Feb. 28, 1930 in Parkersburg, WV son of the late Arthur Jack and Margaret Alberta Smith Fought. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He worked for Trell Wilson Construction Co. He was the Superintendent for the W. H. Heiby Company and a General Superintendent for Carl E. Stephens Construction Company. He was the Project Manager for Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital and was also an avid rabbit hunter.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Atheleen Fought; two daughters, Jan and Larry Creamer and Jennie Lou and David Mollohan; a son, Jack and Teresa Fought; Grandchildren, Derek (Victoria) Fought, Amy (Stephen) Null, Tim (Angie) Linton, Jeff (Jessica) Creamer, Mike (Jamie) Mollohan, Amber (Steve) Guthrie, Zach (Lelani) Little and Eric Little; 9 great-grandchildren and a son-in-law, Mark Little.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lynn Little; a brother, Ken Fought and a beloved dog, Millie.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Helen Kline officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 4-7 P.M. and an hour prior to the service on Sunday.
