Wanda K. Gross

Wanda K. Gross, 55, of Elizabeth, WV, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH.
She was born Oct. 30, 1958 in Parkersburg, WV daughter of the late Roy and Iris Odell Garey Buchanan. Lakie and Kenneth Reed helped raise her.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Cassandra and Martin Carpenter, Candace Williams and Pamela and Tim Smith; 2 brothers, Roy Buchanan, Jr. and Chuck Thurnburger; 3 sisters, Christine Tanner, Virginia Walker and Mary Grace Furby; and 8 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was prececed in death by a son, Kenneth Smarr.
Services will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Steve Reed officiating. Burial will be in the Randolph Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday one hour prior to service.
