Wanda Marie Cash

Sunday, May 1, 2022, Wanda Marie Cash gained her angel wings and went to join her loved ones in heaven.   Wanda’s Mom, Nellie Marie, Dad, Clarence Ivan and sister, Brenda Kay Cash-Ley met her with open arms on her journey home.  Wanda was a Certified Speech Pathologist obtaining her degree in Hawaii and masters degree in Michigan.   She enjoyed working with and helping others with their speech and hearing needs.   Wanda also had a special love for each of her pets throughout the years and their ashes will be buried with her including a current picture of her beloved Labrador Retriever, Ebony Knight.  

Wanda has two surviving siblings, Linda (Jerry) Cash Barker, William (Shelia) Cash; nieces, Holly Ley-Rodriguez , Samantha Ley, April Cash-Philbrook, Ambrea Cash-Lofay, Jerri-Lynn Barker Williams; and nephews Patrick Ley, and Chris Barker. 

A graveside service will be held 11AM at Athens Memory Gardens on Thursday, May 5, 2022 with Pastor Phil Foster officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home where you may sign the online guestbook or leave a message of sympathy at www.hughesmoquinfuneralhome.com.
