Walter F. Parks

Walter F. Parks, 78, of Millfield, died Friday night, November 18, 2022 at Fairfield Medical Center.

Born March 20, 1944 in Maynard, Mass., he was the son of the late Phillip and Shirley Kaey Parks.

He was a Vietnam Veteran and retired as a Master Sergeant from the Air Force after 22 years of service. He was an avid HO train collector as well as model cars. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Minda Tan Parks; a son, Francis Tan; a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Parks and Harold Winter; and a grandson, Thomas Winter.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death a son, Michael Parks.

Services will be Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Pastor Phil Foster officiating.
