POMEROY—Virginia Carolina Large, 67, of Pomeroy, OH, passed away, Friday, Nov. 13, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH.
She was born Dec. 21, 1950 in Henderson, WV, daughter of the late William and Virginia Patterson Siders.
Virginia is survived by 2 sons, Jerry and Cassie Large and James and Debbie Large; a daughter, Virginia and Robert Mullins; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Irene Martin and Betty Hart; and 3 brothers, Virgil Patterson, Tommy Patterson and Gary Siders.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Large, Sr.; a son, Jackie Large, Jr. and a granddaughter, Melissa Dawn Large.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018 at Ewing-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Pomeroy, OH, with Tom Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocksprings Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
