Timothy Thompson
HOCKINGPORT—Timothy William Thompson, 63, of Hockingport, Ohio, formerly of Grove City, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 9, 2020. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to Charles W. Thompson and Mary O. Thompson.
Tim is survived by his daughters, Danielle Tarabiya, Grove City, OH and Timie (Jeremy) Elliott, Sugar Grove, OH; four grandchildren, Madison McDade, Amina Tarabiya, MaKaila Horne and Edward Horne; four great-grandchildren, Brayden, Jessalyn, Ellie and Zoey and soon to be born great-grandson, Carter; his beloved mother, Mary Thompson Folmer, Coolville, OH; mother of his children, Connie L. Thompson, Grove City, OH; sister, Kelly Lea (JD) Rebecca, Coolville, OH and brothers, Charles Roger (Terri) Thompson, Columbus, OH and Larry Bruce Thompson, Poplar Bluff, MO.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Thompson; an infant brother, Randy Lee Thompson and a sister, Judy Thompson Orcutt.
Tim will always be remembered for his colorful personality, infectious smile and unwavering sense of humor. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, vintage trucks, music, dancing and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoyed drawing and playing harmonica in his spare time. Tim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves us rich in memories.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020 at the Sandhill Cemetery in Long Bottom, OH with Rev. Steve Reed officiating.
Visitation will be held Saturday, from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
