PARKERSBURG—Timothy Anthony, 61, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 7, 1962, in Parkersburg, WV, son of the late Luther and Vera Belle Anthony. Timothy was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and retired as a Sales Associate from Southside Walmart with 20 years of service. He played sports in his youth and was an avid Miami Dolphins and WVU fan. He loved watching his football teams play.
Timothy is survived by his fiancée of 15 years, Tonda Cottrill and an aunt, Norma Jean and Jack Young of Jellico, TN.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at Parkersburg Restoration Branch of Jesus Christ, 801 Mission Drive, Parkesburg, WV 26101, with Pastor Scott Stewart officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church Saturday, from 10 A.M. until time of service.
A private burial will take place in the Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, WV.
