Thomas Joseph Marcinko, 86, of Reedsville, OH passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, OH.
He was born Jan. 21, 1926 in Reedsville, OH son of the late Charles and Virgie Bailey Marcinko.
He was an Air Force Veteran of World War II, a member of the VFW Post 9053 in Tuppers Plains; the American Legion Post 39 in Pomeroy, OH and AmVets. He was also a farmer and a member of the Forked Run Sportsman Club.
He is survived by a daughter, Melissa and Mike Newland; a granddaughter, Abigail Newland; a brother, Manning Marcinko; a sister, Georgie Trussell; a step-son, Greg Cundiff and 2 step-daughters, Melodi Easterling and Vicki Cundiff.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Marcinko; a daughter, Jennifer; 2 sisters, Mary and Rose and 4 brothers, Charlie, Bernard, Gene and Robert.
Services will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, Jan. 12, 2012 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Belpre, OH with Father Robert Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in the Our Lady of Loretto Cemetery.
