Thomas Lewis Taylor
Thomas Lewis Taylor 73 went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 30th, 2011 at his residence in Belpre, Ohio surrounded by his family. Thomas was born March 2, 1937 at Brock Ridge, WV to Blaine and Gladys Taylor.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Taylor of Belpre, Ohio. Thomas and Shirley had four children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren from their 53 years of marriage. They are as follows: Stephen L. Taylor of Parkersburg, WV Son, Justin Taylor, Debra L. Bloomer of San Diego, CA Sons, Nathan Bloomer and Ryan Bloomer and Daughter, Logan Bloomer and her daughters, Addison and Avery, Jerry L. Taylor of Belpre, OH, Angela Taylor Lowry Husband John of Spokane, WA Sons, Bryce Lowry and Tate Lowry.
After retiring, Thomas was an active volunteer at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. He loved bringing Joy to everyone with his twinkling eyes and sly smile. He loved his family and the Lord with all his heart.
We will be celebrating the life he had with us and rejoicing for his new one at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. He will be laid to rest at 1 P.M. on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Torch Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Hodge and Pastor Joe Law officiating.
He will be dearly missed and treasured until we meet again.
In lieu of flowers, we are requesting donations be made to Marietta Home Health and Hospice who provided such wonderful care. A special thank you to his wonderful caregivers, Veda and Vicki.
