Russell Melvin Williams, 76, of 30745 Barringer Ridge Rd., Portland, OH, a loving father, husband and grandfather died Monday, March 26, 2007 at his residence.
He was born May 25, 1930 in Little Washington, PA, son of the late Sard and Clara Della Green Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Nola Jean Basim Williams; two sons, Sard Melvin Williams and Tommy Lee Basim; three daughters, Marlene Ray Williams, Crystal Faye Williams Swiger and Brenda Lee Williams Brinkley; and 13 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Clara Della Williams; and his sister, Lousie Green Smith.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Middle Swart Cemetery, Long Bottom, OH.
There will be no visitation.
