Ronnie D. Johnson
Ronnie D. Johnson, son of Leota and the late Emerson Johnson was born August 23, 1954 in Pomeroy, Ohio. He departed this life on November 21, 2009 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital at the age of 55.
He is survived by his mother Leota; a brother, Ray Anna Johnson; two sons, Charles Mandy and Robert Nicole Johnson; three granddaughters, Saelym, Kaden and Kieran; and a grandson, Jordan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by by his father, Emerson; two brothers, Berdell "Bubby" and Johnnie Johnson; a daughter, Trina Johnson; and a sister, Sandra Folmer.
Ronnie worked 30 years on road construction, 5 years at Thermoform Plastics and later he worked in the surrounding fields. He lived at home with his mother. He was a loving son, a good brother and a great friend to Keith and Cathy Fitch. He belonged to the Union of Operating Engineers Local 18 for 27 years.
Our loss is Heavens gain. We will truly, truly miss you.
Services will be held 2 P.M., Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Missy Dailey officiating. Burial will be in the Sandhill Cemetery, Long Bottom, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, from 6-8 P.M.
