Rickey Eugene Lunsford

 RACINE—Rickey Eugene Lunsford, 62, of Racine, OH, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024, at his residence.

 He was born June 20, 1962, in Gallipolis, OH, son of Kenneth Lunsford and the late Carol Hall. Rickey loved muscle cars and was an avid hunter and bass fisherman. He retired from Constellium Metals in Ravenswood, WV, with 25 years of service.

 He is survived by his wife, Sara VanCooney Lunsford; father and stepmother, Kenneth and Laura Lunsford; 2 sons, Rickey Lunsford and River Lunsford; stepson, T.J. and Amelia Thomas; 9 grandchildren, Dane, Dylan, Macy, Brodi, Titus, Lincoln, Ledger, Fender and Gibson; brother, Kenny and Katie Lunsford and 3 nephews, Ryan and Kimberly and their children, Kenny and Josh.

 In addition to his mother, Carol Hall, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Sampson Hall.

 Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Ewing Funeral Home in Pomeroy, OH.  Burial will follow in the Rocksprings Cemetery.

 Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday, from 11 A.M. until time of service.
