Raymond R. Barber, 82, of Coolville, OH passed away Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 at his residence.
He was born Oct. 8, 1925 in Pomeroy, OH.
He is survived by 9 children, Joyce and Fred Carpenter of Gastonia, NC, Sandy Pullins of Parkersburg, WV, Diane and Harold Blankenship of Langsville, OH, Shirley and Randal Jackson, Vicky and Wayne Alloway, Jackie Johnson, JoEllen Golden and Raymond Barber all of Coolville, OH, and Kimberly Price. He raised his grandson, Richard Barber of the home; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
The family will host an open house for family and friends on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008 from 1-4 P.M. at the Barber residence, 215 Calaway Ridge, Coolville, OH.
Arrangements are by White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH.
