Minnie L. Wilcoxen, 89, of Coolville, OH passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at her residence.
She was born Jan. 26, 1922 in Lubeck, WV daughter of the late Arthur Benjamin and Ada Tebay Sams.
She is survived by 3 sisters, Edith Bills, Bernice Vogelsong and Norma Williams; a brother, Earl Sams; many nieces and nephews; and lots of great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul K. Wilcoxen; 5 sisters, Celia Smeeks, Lorean Gorrell, Mable James, Eleanor Branch and Pearl Tippie; 4 brothers, Irvin Sams, Delbert Sams, Dale Sams and Denver Sams.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2011 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Eric Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Rockland Cemetery, Belpre, OH.
