Larry Pugh
Larry Franklin Pugh, 71, of Guysville, OH passed away Monday, March 31, 2008 at his residence.
He was born Jan. 22, 1937 in Wooster, OH son of Evelyn Pugh Foster and the late Edward Pugh.
He was a self-employed logger and was formerly employed with the State of Ohio, Borden Co. and ABEX Corp. He was also an Athens County 4H supporter and a member of the Parade of the Hills committee in Nelsonville.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Pugh Foster of The Plains, OH; his wife Ruth Pugh; a son, Steve Sandy Pugh of Guysville; a sister, Lorna Fred McKibben of The Plains, OH; two step-sons, Michael and Wayne Bolin of Athens, OH; and 7 grandchildren, Bradley, Courtney, Emily, Johnny, Tasha, Megan and Brandon.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Pugh.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Friday, April 4, 2008 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Bert Christian officiating. Burial will be in Clark's Chapel Cemetery, Athens, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday, from 4-8 P.M.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at Red Bird Ranch in Guysville, OH following the service.
