Larry Baker, 59, of Reedsville, OH passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014.
He was born May 23, 1954, son of the late Clarence and Rita (Petty) Baker.
Larry was a good Christian man who attended the Long Bottom Methodist Church. He was retired from the Air Force and from Ohio University. He loved living on the farm raising cattle and exotic birds. Larry was an active EMT for Reedsville Squad 90 for over 21 years.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Barbara (Henderson); his best friend and brother-in-law, Darrell Henderson; brother-in-law, John A. Henderson; father-in-law, John Henderson; one brother, Roger; 3 sisters, Sharon, Jan and Jean and a special friend, Ronnie Cowdery.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Edith Henderson.
Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at the Reedsville Cemetery with Rev. Norman Butler officiating.
Friends may call at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home on Thursday, Feb. 6th from 5-7 P.M.
