Kenneth Tabor
Kenneth R. Tabor, 82, of McConnelsville, OH, passed away Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007 at Genesis Good Samarian Hospital, Zanesville, OH.
He was born May 6, 1925 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Charles and Clara Fredericks Tabor. He was a retired accountant and an Army veteran of World War II. He was also a graduate of Ohio University, an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts, a member of the National Association of Accountants, and a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Zanesville.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Shawna Tabor; 3 grandchildren, Kendra Blake Brown, Kara Tabor and Kyle Tabor; a great-granddaughter, Hannah Brown; two brothers, John W. Tabor and Rodney Tabor; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Tabor; two brothers, Charles Tabor and Lincoln Tabor and three sisters, Helen Tabor, Grace Tabor Chapman and Ethel Tabor Grandstaff.
Graveside services will be held 3 P.M., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at the Torch Cemetery, with Sam Bungard officiating. There will be no visitation.
