She was born September 28, 1941 in Richwood, WV. Kathleen loved to work in her garden.
She is survived by one son Matthew (Amy) Falls; four grandchildren, Ethan, Logan and Emily Falls and Trace Neal.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otto, in 2015; a daughter, Lorie Neal and a sister, Dorothy.
Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, Ohio with Pastor Rick Bourne officiating. Burial will follow in the Eden cemetery in Reedsville. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of service. Friends are encouraged to sign the online guestbook at whiteschwarzelfh,com
