Joan (Ashcraft) O'Neil

Joan (Ashcraft) O'Neil went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the age of 87 years. She was the daughter of the late Okey and Mary Phyllis (Pierce) Ashcraft.
Joan was born May 3, 1929 in Guysville, Ohio. She was a lifelong homemaker and is survived by daughters, Phyllis (Mike) Custer of Pomeroy, Gale (Greg Clark) Meehling of Nelsonville and son, John (Angie) Williams of Coolville; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and two sisters, Helen Ashcraft of Coolville and Carol Bolen of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Denny, Beryl and George (Pete); a sister, Wanda Lee Ashcraft and an infant sister, Mary Ann Ashcraft.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Thursday, October 27, 2016 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville. Visitation will be held from 11 A.M. until time of service. Burial will be in the Coolville Cemetery.
