He was born to the late Paul and Lillian (Reed) Wiley on February 11, 1947 in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
In 1996 he moved from Ohio to Anderson where he worked at Hopewell Center. Jerry was a member of the Eastside Church of God Friendship Class and a regular participant in the Special Olympics.
Jerry is survived by siblings, Marcella (Al) Simon and Jack (Marian) Wiley.
The family would like to express thanks to the caring and compassionate staff of Edgewater Woods Life-path Unit.
A private service and burial will take place at Coolville Cemetery.
