BELPRE—Jean Atheleen Fought, 89, of Belpre, OH, passed away Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 at her residence.
She was born Feb. 23, 1929 in Athens, OH, daughter of the late Wade and Isabelle Petty Jarvis.
Atheleen is survived by 2 daughters, Jan Sue (Larry) Creamer; Jennie Lou (David) Mollohan; a son, Jack (Teresa) Fought; a son-in-law, Mark Little; her grandchildren, Tim Linton, Mike (Jamie) Mollohan, Amber (Steve) Guthrie, Jeff (Jessica) Creamer, Amy Null, Zach (Leilani) Little, Eric Little and Derek Fought; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Marlene Moore; special friends, Mae Frost, Carol Russell and Christine Lyons and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Fought; a daughter, Tammy Little; a brother, Gene Jarvis; her grandparents, Clarence and Lois Petty and Charles and Collette Jarvis.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M., Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Phil Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Cemetery in Hockingport, OH.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 1 P.M. until time of the service.
