COOLVILLE--Jason Earl Putman, 33, of Coolville, OH passed away unexpectedly Friday, Nov. 11, 2016 at Marietta Memorial Health System Belpre Campus.
He was born Sept. 4, 1983 in Athens, OH son of Glen Earl Putman and Lisa Jackson Stevens. He was employed by Mark Little Masonry.
In addition to his parents, Glen (Mikki) Putman and Lisa (Doyle) Stevens, he is survived by his wife, Kimmy Putman; 2 daughters, Adriyen and Allison; 2 sisters, Brittany (David) Brooks and Alex (Riley) Stewart; paternal grandparents, Jim and Ruth Putman; maternal grandparents, Roger and Bonnie Jackson; 2 step-brothers, Charlie and Derrek; 3 step-sisters, Amanda, Arica and Samantha and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a step-brother, Brandon.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH with Pastor Russ Carson officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
