COOLVILLE—James Casey Vires, 27, of Coolville, OH, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
He was born March 20, 1996, in Dayton, OH, son of Edward and Amber McQuaid Vires. James loved hunting, fishing and hanging out with his friends and family and being outdoors. James was a plumber for Ed’s Plumbing and a stocker at Walmart.
He is survived by his parents, Edward and Amber Vires; fiancée, Mary Doyle; 2 sons, Casey Tyler Vires and Steven Putnam, Jr.; daughter, Kara Putnam; brother, Michael Vires; 2 sisters, Jennifer Lester and Madilyn Vires; several nieces and nephews, including his closest 2 nephews, Deakin Hatfield and Clayton Dickerson, who were more like brothers; maternal grandfather, Casey McQuaid and maternal grandmother, Vicky Miller.
James was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Vires, Jr. and Logan Frum.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
