James Milam
James Harold Milam, 72, of Little Hocking, OH died Saturday, July 19, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital following an extended illness.
He was born in Switzer, WV in Logan County. He was retired from Ideal Corrugated Box Co. after 25 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and a fatihful member of the Little Hocking Church of God.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley F. Milam; a brother, Henry R. Milam; and four sisters, Georgia G. Marshall, Fay Billings, Vyona Crites and Elizabeth Eaton. He also had two adopted brothers and one adopted sister, Frances Albert. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews who loved him very much.
He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Milam; his mother, Zetta Launa Milam and a sister, Kathern Brooks.
At Jim's request, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held 12:00 P.M., Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Little Hocking Church of God on St. Rt, 124.
