Irene Marie Hamilton

THE PLAINS – Irene Marie Hamilton, 59, of The Plains, passed away early Tuesday afternoon, January 22, 2019 at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.

Born June 13, 1959 in Seymour, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Hamilton, Sr. and Frances E. Terry Hamilton Corbin. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Clyde (Angel) Hamilton, Charles Hamilton both of The Plains; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Ralph Hamilton, Jr., Richard Hamilton, both of Indiana; two sisters, Shirley Sams of The Plains, Sharon (Rick) McCune of New Marshfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James “Jimmy” Hamilton; three brothers, John William Hamilton, Jerry Lee Hamilton, Randall Hamilton; and grandparents, Isaac and Gertrude Hamilton, and Charles, Sr. and Irene Marie Terry.

Services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Foster officiating. Burial will be in New Marshfield Cemetery.
