Hazel "Diane" Barnhouse
Hazel "Diane" Clem Barnhouse, born Dec. 17th, 1951 in Hockingport, OH died unexpectedly at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital in the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 18th, 2009.
She was the widow of Donald E. Barnhouse.
She currently resided with her nephew, Eric Barnhouse and his wife, Lindsey and their family.
She is survived by a brother, John Carol Clem of Vienna, WV; a sister, Kathy Bill Barnhouse of Coolville, OH and a sister, Carla Jon Bartlett of Guysville, OH. She also had many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Mildred Putman Clem and Carl Clem as well as a brother, Edward Hughes.
She regularly attended Albany Baptist Church and spent every loving minute with her "babies" Carlee, Zachary and Corbin Barnhouse. She has always been the most loving aunt.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home in her name to help cover the expenses.
Services will be held 3 P.M., Sunday, March 22, 2009 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rob Vernon officiating. Burial will be in the Vanderhoof Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday one hour prior to services.
