Glenn F. Reed, 80, of Coolville, OH passed away Sunday, July 12, 2015 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 20, 1934 in Coolville, OH son of the late Garrett and Grace Buckley Reed. He retired from Dupont and was a member of Dupont's Fire Dept. and Hazmat Team. He was also a member of the Coolville Masonic Lodge 337 F&AM and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He attended Grace Brethren Church, was a member of the original Coolville Fire Dept. where he was a former Chief and was a former Mayor of Coolville.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Gillian Reed; a son, Brian and Laurie Reed; 2 daughters, Marsha Reed and Jill and Shon Mollohan; several grandchildren and great grandchildren with a great-grandchild on the way.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Davis Reed; a brother, Robert Reed and an infant daughter, Pamela Reed.
Services will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, July 16, 2015 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Pastor George Horner officiating. Burial will be in the Coolville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, from 5-8 P.M. A Masonic Service will be held at 8 P.M.
