JACKSON-- Freda Elaine Loscar Buchanan, 82, of Jackson, OH passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018.

She was born Jan. 3, 1935 in Davis, WV daughter of the late John and Olive Wales Loscar.

She is survived by a son, Ronald Dale (Sharon) Loscar; 4 daughters, Patricia Ann (Terry) Barber, Karen Sue Bean, Barbara Elaine Milliron and Judy Lynn (Todd) Lee; Grandchildren, Shane Loscar, Josh Loscar, Jennifer Loscar, Tommy Bean, Jamie Bean Smith, Jessy Bean, Elizabeth (Dylan) Skees, Amanda Buchanan, Benjamin Barber and Jessica (Nathan) O'Brien; Step-grandchildren, Joseph Ringling and Mikaila Payne; Great-grandchildren, Cameron Bean, Miranda Bean, Jaina Bean, Katie O'Brien, Adam O'Brien, Matthew O'Brien and Nicholas O'Brien; Step-great-grandchildren, Brooklinn West, Braylon Lasseter, Malakye Ringling and Haydon Ringling and 2 sisters, Elinor Kirk and Emaline Monroe.

In addition to her parents, she was precedded in death by 4 brothers, John Loscar, Albert Loscar, Leo Loscar and Glen Loscar and a sister, Vaughna (Loscar) Bohon.

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. Burial will follow in the Eden Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 5-7 P.M..
