Elgene F. Higgins Anderson, 87, of Coolville, OH passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 6, 1924 in Columbus, OH daughter of the late Ralph and Emma Bingman Russell.
She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Anderson; 2 daughters, Judy Bates and Vicki Browning; a son, Dennis Perry; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Perry.
A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Pioneer Presbyterian Church in Belpre, OH with Pastor Rick Hastings officiating.
