Effie Hauber
Effie L. Hauber, 84, of Reedsville, OH, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Laurels of Athens.
She was born Feb.5, 1934 in Long Bottom, OH, daughter of the late Roscoe and Ellen Connolly Wells. Effie was a Christian and a member of Gospel Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by 3 sons, Rick Hauber, Steve (Barbara) Hauber and Mike Hauber; a daughter, Paula (Daniel) Chaffee; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Frank and Stanley and 2 sisters, Roberta and Josephine.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles Hauber; a sister, Marjorie and 3 brothers, Chester, Bernard and Denver.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Pastor Jay Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Eden Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, from 6-8 P.M.
