He was born March 3, 1960 in Parkersburg, WV son of Ronald and Eleanor Mays Barber.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by 2 daughters, Jessica Barber and Patricia Spencer; 2 sons, Daniel Barber and Eric Barber; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Barber
Services will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH. Burial will be in the Randolph Cemetery,
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M.
