THE PLAINS – Dora Cullison, 90, of The Plains, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center with her family at her side. Prior to entering the nursing home, Dora resided with her daughter, Linda Ervin as well as her other daughter, Millie Howell.
Born in Coolville on April 15, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Delbert D. and Lydia E. Caplinger Kelley. She retired from The Goodyear Plant in Logan.
She is survived by four daughters, Linda Ervin of Athens, Millie Howell of Missouri, Georgie (Jim) Coen of Logan, Billie Sue (Floyd) Hart of Shade; nine grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a sister, Wanda Adams of Stewart.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Cullison; four sisters, her twin, Nora Kelley Andrews, Josephine Nickoson, Mary Kelley, Marjorie Kelley; two son-in-laws, William Ervin, Jr., and Dan Howell, Sr.
Services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Gary Alton officiating. Burial will be in West Union Street Cemetery.
