Donna Lynn Kelzenberg

Donna Lynn Kelzenberg, 69 of Chauncey passed away Sunday , January 28, 2024 at her residence after battling multiple health issues. Donna was born on April 4, 1954 in Athens, OH. Donna was a lifelong resident of Chauncey, OH. She was a graduate of Athens High School and Hocking College. Prior to retirement she was a Ceramic Engineer at Logan Clay in Logan, OH. Donna was a talented and gifted singer and musician. She played in many local bands over the years. She loved sports and was a natural athlete. She excelled in softball and played on a bowling league for many years. Donna was an avid football fan and loved the San Francisco 49’s. She loved all animals and had many faithful furry companions over the years. 

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Flora Hanning Kelzenberg and her siblings Merle Kelzenberg and Wiladene Kempton, a niece Karla Reardon, and a special friend Debbie Bricker. 

Donna is survived by her nieces Sharon (Herbert) Davis, Cinta Kelzenberg (Kris Wilson) and great-nieces Lauren Davis and Leah Davis. Nephews Ward Jason Kempton, Randy (Roberta) Kempton, and Theodore Kelzenberg, along with other nieces, nephews and friends. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home where cremation will take place. A memorial service for Donna will take place at The Chauncey Church of God, 8 Mound Street, Chauncey, OH on February 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
