She was born Nov. 11, 1960 in Amherst, OH, daughter of the late Kermit Clayton and Nancy E. Miller Cole. She was a Licensed Practicing Attorney for the Washington County Prosecutors Office.
She is survived by a daughter, Chanda Ashworth; a son, Challan Ashworth; a granddaughter, Lexis Hudson; and a brother, Chris Cole.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
