Charles R. "Dick" Barnhouse, 67, of Guysville, OH passed away Friday, Nov. 25, 2011 at his residence.
He was born Sept. 15, 1944 in Slate, WV, son of the late Hunter and Geraldine Farnsworth Barnhouse.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Clark Barnhouse; a step-son,, Vince Vickie Beaver; 3 grandchildren, Ashley, April and Wes; a great-grandson, Gavin; a brother, Bill Cathy Barnhouse; 3 sisters, Sarah Ronnie Bond, Donna Veon and Barbara Knopp; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 6 brothers, Buck, Donald, John, Raymond, Ralph and Jim and a sister, Nancy Bond.
Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011 at Vanderhoof Baptist Church, 23305 Moyis Rd., Coolville, OH, with Pastor Craig Holler officiating. Burial will be in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, Gallipolis, OH.
Friends may call Monday from 5-8 P.M. at the Vanderhoof Baptist Church.
