Candy M. Taylor

 Chauncey-- Candy M. Taylor, 66 of Chauncey, OH, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Hickory Creek of Athens.

 She was born Sept. 24, 1957, in Millfield, OH, daughter of the late Jack Edward and Arlene R. Stalling Taylor. Candy was a Rural Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.

 She is survived by a daughter, Leta and Joe Gardella; son, Willard Hart, Jr.; granddaughter, Katelyn Gardella; 3 brothers, Jack and Wilma Taylor, Tim and Elizabeth Taylor and Jim Taylor; several nieces, nephews and a wonderful group of friends.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Benny Taylor and Raymond Taylor and a special friend, Ginger Carsey.

 Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Monday, July 22, 2024, at Hughes Funeral Home in Athens, OH, with Pastor Phil Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Hilltop Cemetery.

 Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday, from 11 A.M. until time of service.
