Betty Irene Gray Lee
COOLVILLE-- Betty Irene (Gray) Lee, 90, of Coolville, OH passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH.
She was born Aug. 17, 1927 in Parkersburg, WV daughter of the late Raymond F. and Grace V. (Alkire) Gray. Betty was a member of Vanderhoof Baptist Church and the former owner of Lee's Wood-N-Things in Lottridge, OH. She was also a member of the Eastern Star #140, where she was past Matron, a member of Chapter 14 in Parkersburg and a member of the Jolly Workers in Coolville. Betty will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her.
Betty is survived by a brother, George (Charlotte) Gray; a sister, Sharon Peterson (Larry Friend) and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel John Lee and a sister, Bonnie Lou Camp.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH with Pastor Craig Holler officiating. Due to the weather, there will be no graveside service.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, from 6-8 P.M. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
