Betty Chevalier
COOLVILLE— Betty Chevalier, 93, of Coolville, OH, passed away Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022, at Arcadia Nursing Center in Coolville, OH.
She was born April 23, 1929, in Alfred, OH, daughter of the late Harlis and Norma Eiselstein Dean. Betty was a founding member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church, where she played the piano. She was also an avid Eastern Eagles Fan.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kirk and Cindy Chevalier; 4 grandchildren, Jessica (Randy) Kaylor, Kristen (Nick) Dettwiller, Adam (Emily) Chevalier and Abbie (Kevin) Marcinko; 9 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Debbie Chevalier; 3 sisters-in-law, Elaine Dean, Betty Chevalier and Nola Chevalier; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gordon Chevalier; son, Rodney Chevalier; 5 brothers, Woodrow Dean, Lloyd Dean, Clarence Dean, Bob Dean and Earl Dean.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Mark Brookins officiating. Burial will follow in the Chester Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday, from 5-7 P.M.
