Athyan Courtney

 VIENNA—Athyan Courtney, 34, of Vienna, WV, passed away on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

 He was born June 12, 1990, in Houston, TX, son of Ricky Courtney and the late Jody Gramkow. Athyan was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns, New England Patriots, Houston Astros and Houston Rockets.

 Including his father, he is survived by his fiancée, Allison Seers; 3 sisters, Moriah Felter, Malynda Waite and Kalynn Courtney; 2 special friends, Shawn Smith and Brian Taylor and his two dogs that he loved very much.

 In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Riggs and a great-great-aunt, RosaBell (Sister) Jacobs.

 A memorial service will be held at 7 P.M., Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, at White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.

 The family will be accepting family and friends at the funeral home on Friday, two hours prior to the service.

 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
