COOLVILLE—Andrew Hayes, 64, of Coolville, OH, passed away Monday, Dec. 23, 2019 at the Clarksburg V.A. Hospital.
He was born Jan. 1, 1955 in Parkersburg, WV, son of Thelma Davis Hayes and the late Clarence Hayes. Andrew was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his mother, Thelma; 2 brothers, Bruce and Missy Hayes and Wayne Hayes; 2 sisters, Marie Hayes and Debbie and Burl Chambers; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Debbie Moore.
In addition to his father, Clarence, he was preceded in death by 3 nephews, Jimmy, Jeffrey and Jesse and 3 great-nephews, Andrew, Austin and Zach.
Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M., Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 at the Stewart Cemetery in Hockingport, OH.
There will be no visitation.
