Alyshia Rena Whaley

ZANESVILLE - Alyshia Rena Whaley, 41 of Zanesville, passed away early Thursday morning, February 28, 2019 at her home. Born April 6, 1977, she was the daughter of Charles Edward Whaley, Sr. and Sharon Lynn Gore Hudnall.

A loving woman, Alyshia was most proud of her three children. She had a big heart, always wanted to be a helping hand, and had a love for all of her pets.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Lynn Carpenter; two sons, Jamie Carpenter and Justin Hill; four siblings, Charles Edward (Amy) Whaley, Jr., Shawna Kathleen Whaley, Cassandra Lynn (Paul) Swiger, Joshua Edward (Amanda) Whaley; step-mother, Brenda Smith; grandchild, Chloe Chester; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Glenna Watkins, and paternal grandfather, Charles Victor Whaley.

Arrangements are by Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 1PM with Pastor Phil Foster officiating.
