Ada Doris Congrove, 85, of Reedsville, OH passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.
She was born December 25, 1922 in Meigs County, daughter of the late Horace and Susie Kibble. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, daughter and sister. She worked at the American Visco in Parkersburg, WV and when she was younger, she attended Eden United Brethren Church in Reedsville, OH. She liked taking care of her flowers, crocheting, cooking and baking for her family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Roger Chaney of Tuppers Plains; two granddaughters and a grandson-in-law, Angela and Keith Brock of Belpre and Kayla Chaney of Tuppers Plains; a great-granddaughter, Ashley Brock; two sisters, Hazel Barton and Fairy Bell Foster; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, William Congrove; a daughter, Camilla Congrove; a brother, August Kibble; and two sisters, Mildred Kibble and Forrest Kibble.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, July 12, 2008 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Robert May officiating. Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery, Reedsville, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, from 6-8 P.M.
