Connie Sue Pearson Akers, 42, of Racine,OH passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, OH.
She was born Feb. 16, 1973 in Gallipolis, OH daughter of Edith Plants of Pt. Pleasant.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her fiance, Kevin Venoy of Racine; a son, Andrew Brian Akers of Virginia; 3 sisters, Sherry Chandler of Virginia, Amy Stover and Hallie Staats both of Pt. Pleasant; her dogs, Dinky and Chloe; several nieces and nephews, cousins, step-brothers, step-sisters, aunts, uncles and her extended family at the Hockingport Campground.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bart W. Shuler and Lucille Sparks.
Connie's family will be accepting friends, Tuesday from 7-8 P.M. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH.
There will be no funeral service following the gathering of family and friends.
