THE PLAINS – Donna J. Kerr, 68, of The Plains, died Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Grant Medical Center. Born January 18, 1949 in Athens County, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn Williams Erwin. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Paul D. Kerr, Sr.; two sons, Paul D. Kerr, Jr., Corey M. Kerr; two brothers; and two sisters. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother; and a sister. Services will be Tuesday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Gary Alton officiating. Burial will be in Alexander Cemetery.
