THE PLAINS – Dwight Everett, 90, of The Plains, died Saturday morning, April 16, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. Born January 18, 1926 in Columbus, he was the son of the late Flora Everett Hixson. He retired from Ohio University after 34 years of service and was a long time member of the Redman Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Lulu Belle; a son, Lawrence (Vikki) Everett; two stepsons, Ralph “Eddie” Frost, (Pamela Rosser) of The Plains, Richard (Connie) Frost of Nelsonville; eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a brother. Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Everett; an infant son, Terry Allen Everett; and two brothers. Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. William Hunter officiating. Burial will be in McDougal Cemetery.
