Hazel I Hoffman

ATHENS – Hazel I. Hoffman, 83, of Athens, died Friday evening, March 25, 2016 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center. Born October 23, 1932 in Athens County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Goldie Davis Thompson. She is survived by four children, Greg (Phyllis) Hoffman of Athens, Tim (Nancy) Hoffman of Coolville, Melissa Reedy of Racine, Denise (Geoff) Lee of Parkersburg, WV; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; three sisters, Louise Willie of Athens, Dorothy Bruce of Athens, and Freda Hudnall of Meigs County. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three children, Roy Hoffman, Debbie McAtee, Brian Hoffman; two brothers, Lloyd and Charles Thompson, and a special friend, Bob Withem. Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Monte McCune officiating. Burial will be in Canaanville Cemetery.
